Realcare Baby Drug Affected Simulator doll

This is a Drug Affected Simulator doll from the company Realityworks, the manufacturer of Realcare dolls that are used in training programs and health & home economics classes across the US. She was used as a demonstration aid in an educational setting, and has writing in permanent marker on her back, and a couple of faint marks on her head. Otherwise she is in excellent conditionand works as she should. This doll cries a very sad inconsolable cry, and shakes when batteries are inserted. The battery box takes a 9v battery, along with one AA battery for the shaking mechanism (no batteries included). She is an anatomically correct female, representing a premature baby in withdrawal. She will come with the outfit she is wearing in her photos, wrapped in a blanket. Please let me know if you have any questions.
