Set of 4 1940's restaurant ware plates by Mayer China (est. 1881) out of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, in their famous Dalton pattern. These sturdy plates have a cool intricate black geometric design on the exterior. Very graphic, modern, these would be a beautiful addition to either a traditional or modern-styled kitchen. The bottoms of each plate read "Mayer China Est. 1881 Dalton Pattern Design Patented No. 83688"
Great vintage condition, no chips, no cracks and no crazing with some utensil marks consistent with minor use typical for restaurant ware with this amount of age.
