These are new without the box. They do have shelf wear as they were purchased from Marshalls without a box (i.e. some dirt markings and what looks like red pen marking); please reference the close-ups. My kiddo grew into the next size before getting a chance to wear these. Soles and insides show no signs of wear. These will be well wrapped and shipped in a polybag to save the buyer on shipping costs.
