Here's a very cool Vintage 1995 Disney Pixar Toy Story Stars & Stripes Talking Buzz Lightyear, Never Removed from the Box & New in the Package, but the package has A LOT of wear.
This is definitely a "open them up and play" figure.
His batteries still work, because his arm laser lights up but they seem to be too weak to activate his voice actions.
He looks to be an excellent condition but there might be a few parts near the openings where he might be a little bit dusty.
