Vtg New DC-9 Super 80 McDonnell Douglas Airplane Promo Tote Bag Scarf Logo 1980. McDonnell Douglas launched the DC 9 Super 80 in 1977 with its first commercial flight in 1980. The items are new and removed from plastic for pictures. Original owner was a marketing engineer for various airlines and McDonnell Douglas. The scarf is a satin fabric but no material tags are present. The scarf features the McDonnell Douglas logo. The tote bag features a sturdy heavy cardboard at its inside base and is removable. The tote is a canvas fabric. Tote has a front open pocket which also features McDonnell Douglas logo.
