Cleo has everything she should come with other than a stand! Her hair is soft and her joints are tight but she does have a scuff on her bottom lip. Because I have washed her hair, her little crown is no longer factory attached. The playset is missing the base for the shelving unit (though it stands fine without it as pictured) and is also missing the spider cupcake, one of the pink drinks that looks like some kind of mutant pineapple, and the black VIM badge.
