This wish book was well loved. The cover page is torn. You will need to use some kind of conservation type tape to tape the piece of the cover back together. If the cover hadn't been torn, I would have listed this wish book as very good. I am not a professional when it comes to "rating" book conditions, etc. It comes from a smoke free home. You can see the edges are bent and/or curled. You can see all the toys you used to play with and reminisce with your family. Check out my JC Penneys Christmas Catalogs too! I loved them just as much as the Sears Wish Books. I will be adding more Christmas Catalogs soon.
