This box set is brand new in a sealed box with minor wear from storage. Please note this set did utilize rubber bands to hold moving parts closed. The bands have rotted and broken off which is very common for these. A few pieces of the bands are still stuck to the cars. PLEASE NOTE that it is possible to remove the bands in many cases, however they are known to ruin the paint in some situations.
