Unused, still sealed!
There seems to be manufacturing defect. It has a Velcro patch on the outside cover. It still has the usual Velcro patches used to close it so this is an extra one.
I didn’t want to break the sticker seal, but I was able to reach inside the packaging with my finger and lift the patch. I didn’t try taking it off because I didn’t want to remove any of the coloring. I’m sure if you really wanted to, you could use a blow dryer on low heat setting to remove it without damaging the cover.
