This beautiful nugget was painted with genesis heat set paints! She has lots of detailing including veining, mottling and capillaries! She has painted hair, eyebrows and rooted lashes! Baby was sealed multiple times with a matte varnish and texturized and has a dewy skin appearance! She was filled with glass beads, angel silk and soft squishy polygel beads!
