His eyes and mouth moves and talks when you speak to him by saying Hey Mickey, Hello Mickey, or Hi Mickey. He can be a little finicky on the talking, seems to like lower voices a little but if you play with him and give him a chance he will talk to you! He says Hiya! I'm Mickey Mouse!, Let's Celebrate, and laughs.
This is new, never used, never had popcorn in it.
