I purchased these boots in 2019 for $280. I didn’t get a chance to wear them (due to covid) until last year. Literally, on the 3rd day of wearing them the sewing on the right boot snapped making the boa slightly off.
The functionality of the boot is NOT compromised. The tiny strap is there for the boa design but does not actually affect the function of the boot.
The boa is NOT affected. If you look at the image of the other boot you will see it is aesthetics rather than functionality.
