Light, floaty polyester chiffon doing a magnificent impression of silk.
Contrasting prints of multi-colored confetti print on white, and black and white dot print.
Pure, maximalist fun!
1/2 puff sleeve gathered with elastic.
Dotted fabric has micro pleating.
Smocked elastic waist, dropped hip.
Skirt is gored with pleated contrast print.
Bodice is blouson style over the stretch blouson waist and hip.
Excellent condition! To body of garment there are no stains, scents, flaws, damage, or apparent wear. *Note: one sleeve is looser than the other.
