A Norman Rockwell classic. It's a limited ed. Rockwell plate entitled "The Cobbler" and it's the 1978 issue of the heritage Series. Second issue in the series. Approved by the Rockwell Society of America and crafted by Knowles in a limited edition permanently closed in 1978.
Numbered and signed. It's 8 1/2" wide and in brand new condition.
