Rare Antique Germany WMF Silverplate 6 Cup Holders Set
The set was made by WMF Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik probably in the 1920s.
The holders are marked WMF and H
The holders have a irregular gray patina but are lighter than indicated in some of these pictures.
One holder is darker inside than the others.
The cup holders have some contact marks. The two cups shown have the worst spots.
The holders are not perfectly round, and have some some light bends.
The glasses are not original and somewhat mismatched for use of these holders since the glasses do not fit snugly into the holders.
The glasses have two waterdrop marks on the bottom. They may be Turkish liquor glasses.
There are 8 glasses in the set.
This is a nice set for display.
The silverplate cup holders measure about 2 inches high and 2 1/2 inches across the rim.
The glasses measure about 3 3/4 inches tall and 2 5/8 inches across the rim.
