You're bidding on a fanatstic piece of important Civil War history. This 13" x 17" roll muster 1862 assigning 7 new soldiers to support the Pennsylvania 5th Regiment. Each soldier was assigned to Colonel Joseph Washington Fisher who later became a General and fought in the most important battles of the Civil War. He was assigned to defend Big Round Top Hill at Gettysburg. This original document is a QM ration doc as the 5th camped 1863 prior to their march into significant battles.
