Preowned condition, a couple flaws to note: the tights have discoloration in the center and on the side, I assume from crossing other materials. It’s unnoticeable and covered by the dress when worn. The hat has been reinforced, the elastic inside has snapped. At this point, it can fit an adult head, can be pinned to better fit with safety pin. See all pictures.
