Worn one time, the straps did get sewn to make them a little smaller(see pictures) I’m sure it could be undone (I would have no idea how to undo it) but you can’t tell that they’re like that when on.
It doesn’t seem to have any beading missing from what I could tell. The beading is beautiful on top, and then the bottom has a lovely sparkle to it.
I’m about a 5’4” and as you can see in the picture it was a little too long, I did not wear heels (I wore vans)
