** the inside liner comes with it but the actual tab of the zipper is not there, you will need to get the actual tab you pull on to zip in the liner**
You can wear it without the liner just fine and it's beautiful without it but it will add that extra layer of warmth if you do. The jacket zips up great , very smooth zippers on all the pockets and front. I would have kept the jacket for my husband but it didn't fit. Stunning find, get it before it's gone.
