Vintage Russian watch Circa '95. Now 20+ years old. Inside Classic manual winding large gear train Vostok movement. These watches were made I believe to commemorate "50 years of Peace" from the end of WWII. I Guess that Afghanistan doesn't count?? Anyway, seems Putin / Russia has forgotten the human cost of WWII. This watch is a great reminder. Works well cool "fade" dial. Takes a deep satisfying wind and keeps time. Fresh leather padded strap fits well and suits the watch. Crown screws down. Watch sets correctly. Ready to wear. Some proceeds to benefit Ukrainian relief. Everything in Cyrillic. This was NOT made for the Tourist trade like most 90's Vostoks. Thanks The Watch Wiz.
