This is an ivory and gold 1990 era rotary phone. I bought this phone new and replaced it when phones became touchtone. It worked fine when I disconnected it in favor of a newer phone and there is no reason to believe that it wouldn’t work fine now. Even if you don’t want to use it as a phone, it is a pretty decor item.
