Superb example of Vintage Meca Quartz watch from the "Golden Age" of Japanese watching. This one was made in Japan and is from the Type II Line which was sold ABOVE most of the Seiko / Seiko 5 Automatic offerings. More like the King Seiko or Lord Marvel lines. These were sold in volume in the mid to late 70's. Has the KANJI / ENGLISH Day Wheel. I have seen similar square cases in the Seiko Actus lines. But 10X rarer as a Quartz. These cases seem to have been inspired by the HeUer Monaco styling. Working 100% and keeping Quartz time. Ships from 89102 in Las Vegas NV
