Nylon on reversible side.
This has been hanging in a closet for more than 2 decades and has some dirty spots on the white leather. See Images. I promise you that this is a Brand New never used jacket. I have no idea how they got on there but they are all the same exact color so I would imagine it has to do with it being stored for all those years.
I pulled the tags off when reversing the jacket to take photos. You can see in the first few images that the tags were on the coat. I put the tags in the pocket with the extra buttons.
This is a brand new never worn jacket purchased sometime in the 90’s
