Salmon is filleted, cut into portions, brined, dried, and sprinkled with a spice mixture. 6 portions are then packaged into EZ Peel vacuum packed packages, cooked, and then frozen. Once reheated, the salmon shall have good flavor and odors characteristic of freshly harvested and cooked salmon with spices; a firm, flaky texture without being tough or mushy. Although efforts have been made to remove all bones, some may remain.

Storage: IMPORTANT: Keep Frozen at 0? F or below. For use, remove from all packaging and thaw under refrigeration.
