Foster Products 5 gal Clear Asbestos Removal Encapsulant contains a polymeric solution that is capable of penetrating and retard any type of asbestos, amosite and crocidolite quickly and efficiently. After penetration, it absorbs onto the individual fibers to lock them together, reducing the possibility of loose fibers from becoming airborne during the removal process. It offers improved air quality and atmosphere while removing and if used without dilution, it behaves as an excellent post-removal, residual encapsulant. After drying, it forms an adhered layer, thereby minimizing the possibility of reintroduction and offers an economical clean-up.
